Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. Each piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipment, but if something is not right, we’re here to help.
1. Request Period
Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, in accordance with Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code.
2. Product Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be:

in perfect condition,

unused,

complete with all accessories and original packaging.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for exchange or refund.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.
You may request: -
an exchange for another item of the same value, or

an exchange for a higher-value item, by paying the price difference.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item has a confirmed defect.
4. Returns / Right of Withdrawal
If you choose to return an item, the refund will be issued once the product has been received and inspected.

5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after approval.
The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used at checkout.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist promptly.
